What Is REPTL?
The Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section was created in 1939 (originally known as the State Bar Committee on Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law) and is the second oldest section of the State Bar of Texas. REPTL is a section of the State Bar of Texas comprised of lawyers (as well as law students) who practice or have an interest in the fields of real estate, probate or trust law. It is the largest section of the State Bar, with over 9,200 members. Membership is voluntary and is available to all licensed Texas lawyers (and, on a non-voting basis, all law students). Mission Statement
The mission of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas is to provide support to its members and other attorneys practicing real estate, probate or trust law in Texas.
