Membership in REPTL is available to all lawyers licensed to practice law in Texas and (on a non-voting basis) to all law students. REPTL's fiscal year runs from June 1 to May 31.
How to Join
To join the section online, via a credit card, visit
your MyBarPage on TexasBar.com
. Click on “Join Sections”, add Real Estate Probate and Trust Law to your cart, and follow the directions to pay.
The Importance of Membership Renewal
Each year we update our database of members from the State Bar's database. Those who were previously members of REPTL who have not paid dues for the new year (starting the previous June 1) will, through the database update, automatically be
deleted from the members database
.
To be added back again, you must pay your dues to the State Bar.
