* Monitors legislative developments affecting trust law in Texas and repots to the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Council regarding such developments.

* Analyzes concerns regarding the Texas trust law raised by Section members.

* Provides resource information to the Legislature and other groups on issues concerning trust law.

* Works with the Texas Real Estate Probate Institute to prepare updates on changes in trust law to share with Section members.

* Performs such other tasks as may be assigned to it by the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Council or its Chair.
