The Committee serves as a resource to REPTL Council as well as Section members, public officials and others on the laws, regulations and forms affecting title insurance in the State of Texas. Committee will monitor and comment on significant statutory and regulatory changes as well as significant cases affecting title insurance. The Committee will promote continuing legal education topics relating to title insurance. The Committee performs such other tasks as may be assigned to it by the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Council or its Chair.
